VERY happy!!! I placed my order of five individual photo mugs late during the busy Holiday season and received them within days and in time for Christmas. They were very high quality- the best I've seen for a photo mug. Even the one that I ordered using old (not the best quality) photos of my grandfather turned out great. Great Quality! As usual, we were very impressed with the quality of our Shutterfly mug. We have had wonderful experiences with our pictures, photo books and mugs that we have purchased in the past. We have seen and purchased photo products from other vendors, but none are as good as Shutterfly. We bought 3 mugs as gifts this year and they all came out great! Grandpa Mug I love the Grandpa mug. However, I put a picture of my daughter on it and the picture does not look good. The picture I took was perfectly fine, so nothing wrong there. But when I received the cup and opened it, the coloring on her face doesn't look good! Her lips look super bright and red!! Almost looks like shes wearing clown makeup!! I like the size of the mug and the side that shutterfly already had pre-done, but I am not happy with the way the picture I added looks. December 22, 2012
