Click on the “Apply To All Pages” link at the bottom of the layout tab to design your photo book with the same layout to all pages.

Click auto-fill to automatically fill your book with any unchecked pictures from the picture strip. Modify page by page if desired.

Sort and remove photos in the picture strip as you create your book. Click on the links below the picture strip to sort or remove photos.

Click “Add” in the “Page Options” section to add additional pages to your photo book. Create up to 101 pages in a photo book.

Explore and test page backgrounds while you create your photo book by clicking on different designs under the “Background” tab.

Choose a set of preselected backgrounds, layouts, text and photo edge designs (known as a style) to personalize your book. Change any element at any point as you create your photo book.

Add captions to your photo book pages. This is an optional feature in preselected spots which appear as placeholders on the page (“Enter caption here”). If no text is entered, only the background design will appear on the printed page.

Saved projects are never deleted (Shutterfly never deletes a project or photo).

Click on the “Arrange” icon to re-order pages in your photo book. Simply drag and drop the pages to the desired positions.

Select page layouts quickly and easily with our pre-designed pages—a great way to explore different looks on a page.

If you’ve done your own editing in Photoshop or another program, you may wish to turn off VividPics® in order to preserve your changes. To do this, click on “My Shutterfly”, click the ‘View & enhance’ tab, select the picture(s) and then click the link on the right of the picture views “Enhance/fix pictures”. Then click on the green ‘Effects’ tab on the right. On the lower left side of the screen, check the box marked “Do not apply any automatic corrections to my picture.”

Convert your books to other sizes with one click. Go to “My Projects” in My Shutterfly.

• Change 8x8 story books to 12x12 memory books, and vice versa.
• Convert 5x7 casual books into 8.5x11 classic books, and vice versa.

You can also change book size from the “Preview” view of your book while in the creation path.
