Crabs
What luck I had in being there when the Horseshoe Crabs were mating. There were hundreds of them all at once. Low tide brought out hundreds of Fiddler Crabs who zig zagged across the sand. My first time at seeing both kinds of crabs in such numbers.

Dolphins
I don't know anyone who doesn't love Dolphins. I love it when they come up to the boat & put on a show for us. They are so cute, sweet & full of the devil. Sheer excitement when they are around. I just wished they would move in slow motion at times.

Elephant Seals
Ano Nuevo is the place to go & walk among these giants. In February the babies are born & we got to see one that had just been born & was a couple hours old. Park Rangers are there to guide you & keep things safe for all. It's a thrilling experience.

Fish
I love to fish but we never kekep them. They get to live & get bigger. Fish come in all sizes, shapes, textures & colors. Some are vibrant & some are dull looking. I find fish relaxing to watch.

Jelly Fish
Jelly Fish are another ballerina of the sea. They move through the water with such grace but swimmer beware. They can leave their mark if not careful. There are many different types of these creatures.

|
Manatee
These are one of my favorite creatures. I had a one on one experience with a baby Manatee. It swam under my feet so it could rub its back. It would pop its head up & look at me & I felt it had looked into my soul. Very spiritual moment.

Sea Life
The sea is so full of awesome living things. I love walking about when the tide is low. Appreciate the opportunity & the sights but please, do not remove anything.

Seals/Sea Lions
Meet the clowns & acrobats of the water. They are amusing & makes us laugh. I can watch them for hours as they frolic under the warm rays of the sun. They glisten in the bright sun & the bubbles they create look like millions of diamonds on the water.

Star Fish
Something to enjoy when the tides are low. The move so effortlessly through the water. I call them the ballerinas of the sea.
