When you sell your professional photos online, Shutterfly will add up your net product sales*** and subtract the wholesale print cost, and a 15% transaction fee* and send you the remaining profits.
For example: If you have a PREMIER account, your 8x10 wholesale price is $2.39. If you sell a 8x10 for $15.00, Shutterfly will send you $10.36 ($15.00 - $2.39 - $2.25 = $10.36).
If you offer a percentage off discount, your Net product sales will be calculated as the gross revenue (what the prints list at) minus the discount:
Example: If a customer spends $100 and you are running a 25% off sale, your Net product sales will be $75. Your profit will then be calculated from that amount.
If you offer a free print discount, the whole sale cost of the free print being offered will be deducted from your profit.
Example: You are running a Buy 5 4x6s and receive 1 4x6 free promotion. You charge $2 for a 4x6 as a PREMIER member. A customer orders 6 4x6s. Your profit would be calculated as $10(gross revenue)- $1.50 (transaction fee) - $1.45 (wholesale cost of 5 4x6s) - $.29 (wholesale cost of free 4x6) = $6.76
Pro Gallery Profit Payment Policy:
Your profits will be paid via direct deposit to your bank account within 30 days after the end of each month. Please note: If you reside outside of the US, we can direct deposit your revenue share into your foreign bank account as long as your bank accepts deposits in US dollars. Upon termination of your Pro Gallery, the balance of any unpaid profits will be paid in full.
