Shutterfly Names Andy Wood Chief Executive Officer

Wood brings extensive service and business building experience to online photo service

REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA (April 4, 2001) — Shutterfly, the leading online photo service, today announced that Andy Wood has been named Chief Executive Officer. Wood, former CEO of Sevant, Inc., will be responsible for managing the company's growth, strategic direction and taking the company to profitability. Andy Wood is replacing interim CEO Dave Bagshaw.

Throughout his career, Wood has gained expertise in growing business operations in complex emerging markets. As CEO of EXEL Logistics, launched the North American business and successfully steered the company's revenue growth to $500 million in four years.
