SHUTTERFLY TO PRESENT AT THE 2006 INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER ELECTRONICS SHOW

REDWOOD CITY, CALIF. - (December 28, 2005) — Shutterfly, the leading independent online photo service, today announced that Jeffrey Housenbold, president and CEO, will present at the 2006 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) Flash Forward 3.0 event, co-sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association and InfoTrends/CAP Ventures.

Jeffrey Housenbold will present, alongside speakers from other digital imaging market leaders such as Hewlett-Packard and Epson, in the Super Session titled: “The Heir to the 1-Hour Photo Throne” on January 6. This panel, moderated by Brian Deagon, technology industry news reporter for Investor’s Business Daily, will highlight how consumers are viewing, sharing and storing their images, as well as how these companies are offering solutions that will change the family scrapbook.
