Coaches will receive an activation email from Shutterfly with a link to a site designed specifically for their team. Encourage your coaches to open the email they received (if they haven’t already) and click through to activate their FREE Team site — it only takes a few minutes. The sites are pre-filled with team roster and parent contact information — everything they need to start communicating and collaborating about the season. Meanwhile, make sure your League Admin site has been activated. You can monitor how many coaches have set up their sites and resend activation emails if necessary. |
