"Story time. I've had a shutterfly account for a couple years now. And during those years, I've moved a couple times as well. So I have a few addresses on account. I just recently ordered my most important thing from Shutterfly (so far) - my save the dates for my wedding! Everything seemed great, and I ordered them, excited to recieve them. The day of delivery came so I checked my package tracking info and I made a grim discovery... My Save the Dates got sent to my OLD address! I thought I had sent them to my current address, but no. I totally missed it. So I started freaking out. I called the Shutterfly Customer Service line and talked to the sweetest lady with the thickest southern accent I had ever heard. She was super nice and understanding, seeing to how important these were to me. She offered to send me a new shipment of my order free of charge, AND she even upgraded my shipping to faster shipping, as free of charge, because she understood how important these were to me. I received them a week later. I am SO grateful for her hospitality and willingness to help me. I've used Shutterfly before and never had a problem and everything has always been great but this was the first time I had to call customer service, and I had a great experience. Thank you so much Shutterfly!!"
