What customers have to say about our Christmas Cards

A Nice, Unconventional Holiday Card
"We chose this card due to the fact that it did not look like a traditional holiday card. Additionally, the year was quite eventful for us; and, as a result, we had several pictures we wanted to include to help recap the year. This particular card enabled us to include six photos on the front and one photo on the back. (I think you can use up to eight photos on the front though.)
Keep in mind that you may need to do a bit of cropping when placing photos on the front of the card. This is because the template for the holiday card won't accept photos done in landscape format (ie, rectangular photos) but it is easy to use the photo editing feature in Shutterfly to do the cropping. Also note that any text on your chosen photos probably won't be readable on the printed card. Thus, plan to put your captions elsewhere.
There's also room on the front of the card for a special message. My suggestion here is to go to a smaller sized font as the default size will not allow you to say much on this part of the card.
Another key feature of this card - which is an improvement from previous years - is that you are able to include one photo on the back. There's also a fairly large text box here as well and this is the area where we placed a more detailed message along with captions for photos shown on the front of the card.
Overall we were pleased with the entire "creative" process. Designing the card was simple; the Shutterfly service was fast; the price was right; the card stock was high quality; and we were all happy with the end result."

"I thought I had ordered my Christmas cards in plenty of time to get them and send them out before the Holiday Season. I was told they would arrive by Dec. 17th. When they still had not arrived on Dec. 20th and I saw they were still in production, I emailed the customer service dept. of Shutterfly. They were very helpful. Sped up my card production and had them shipped priority. Then came the glitch with Fed Ex. The cards were in MN the next day but didn't arrive at our house for four days. It was disappointing that I wasn't able to send my Holiday greeting cards before Christmas, but I was so pleased with the quality and Shutterfly's persistence to help me out and make me happy that it didn't matter. So our family and friends received our Christmas cards on the 5th day of Christmas. I'm sure they were able to spend more time looking at the beautiful quality of the card and enjoy it more than right before Christmas. I was very pleased. Thank you Shutterfly. Next year I will get them to you earlier."

Quick and easy!
"Once I was able to sit down during the holidays and actually put my time into creating our holiday cards, it was quick and easy. I had plenty of room to add all the pictures I wanted plus say what I wanted to say. This Christmas card was just perfect for a family of four kids and parents. I was glad I purchased the group-on that gave me 30 cards for $20.00 plus shipping. That was an early Christmas gift for me!"

Joyful Christmas Card
"Turned out great. Was easy to do. I really enjoyed doing it."

"Everything is just fine except the size/location of your logo. For a card where I'd like to write a few personal notes, your logo takes up valuable center space and is larger than the message written above it. Would like to see the logo smaller and in a bottom corner."
Blue Christmas Cards
When it's time to put together Christmas greeting cards, everyone wants the perfect holiday picture. Since that is not always possible, why not try for the most unique picture instead? Whether you have chosen red, green or blue Christmas cards, make some time to snap a few dozen photos before finalizing your design. Then you have a lot of choices and can pick out your favorites.
Tell a Story
A picture says a thousand words, so how about telling a funny story with your pictures? If you have multiple children (or pets) then they can act out a popular holiday tale. Use costumes and props to bring the story to life, such as a drum for The Little Drummer Boy or antlers to transform someone into Rudolph. Are you making a special announcement? Maybe a new baby or engagement? A few pictures can tell that story in a far more memorable fashion. Using a collage layout is a great way to tell a story on your Christmas cards.
Show Off the Local Scene
Sometimes people use vacation pictures for their holiday cards, how about visiting a local hot spot instead? Maybe your town has an iconic statue or building. Take the chance to explore your home and then share your new discovery with family and friends. Take it one step further and upload your own design to perhaps highlight some interesting layout in your city.
Unique Christmas cards are a great way to celebrate the holidays, especially when you mail them to friends or family members you don't get to see very often. There is a lot of variety to be had when it comes to holiday cards. For example, your color choices are endless, you can make red, green, yellow, grey or blue Christmas cards, just to name a few. Once you have the perfect pictures to adorn your cards, picking a design to match it will be easy.
