"Our family and friends loved our 2012 holiday cards! Normally we go to JCPenny to have our holiday pictures taken, but due to a timing and procrastination issue, we would not have recieved the cards back in time to mail them out before Christmas, so we pulled out the camera and the tripod and starting snapping pictures of the family. We uploaded the pictrues on Tuesday, ordered the cards on Wednesday and had cards in our hands by Friday. Now that we know how professional the cards came out, we will be ordering future holiday and special occasion cards from Shutterfly more often."
"I create art so instead of a photo of me, I send out a photo of an art piece on my Christmas Cards. This year I have used 3 different companies to create cards....shutterfly, my publisher, and thru my Mac photo program. Shutterfly was the best because of clarity and quality of digital photo, you can create on the front AND the back of the card, the fonts for changing type are expansive and the heavy weight card stock is a premium. I also photographed and digitally enhanced photo's of my friends houses and created note cards with their homes on the front. Then will give them as Christmas gifts. Again the quality was superior and I am really pleased with the heavy weight card stock and lovely envelopes. I was also able to create return address labels with my design."
"I love shutterfly's quality of photos. I feel very confident ordering from shutterfly, knowing that when I make a project, my photos are going to be exactly as I took them......same lighting, same quality, just really great work! I ordered elsewhere recently trying to save on shipping costs and I was so disappointed in the quality of my pictures. THANKS SHUTTERFLY!!!!!"
"I have been using Shutterfly for my Christmas cards for the past few years. Every year is gets better. The selection of different styles, the ease of making the card, and the price of the service are all great. What is really amazing is the fact that I ordered my cards on Tuesday and they arrived at my home on Friday."
"I did these cards for my daughter of her two boys, one is 14 months and the other is 3 months. I thought it would be special for her to have them for Christmas. She cried when I gave them to her. It was so easy and quick. I will do this again."
Nothing brings on the holiday spirit like a cozy fire crackling in the fireplace and maybe a few stockings hung on the mantle above. Getting into the season is easy once the holiday cards begin arriving and you get to see the yearly snapshots of family, friends and faraway acquaintances. With brown holiday cards you can send your own greeting and reach out to those special people in your life, no matter how far away they may live. Neutral tones are the perfect backdrop or accent to your favorite family photo, whether it’s a formal portrait or an informal snapshot, and they work well with a variety of wardrobe choices.
One of the best ways to reduce stress during the holiday season is to get a head start on shopping and decorating. It’s never too early to plan your holiday cards and sending them early gives family and friends more time to enjoy your special note and make it part of their own greeting card display.
Brown is the perfect backdrop for photos taken during the autumn season and will certainly add a richness to your card. Mailing your cards near the end of November is a great way to clear your December calendar for family gatherings, work parties and some old-fashioned caroling. Recipients will love opening their mailbox and finding your family photo at the kickoff of the holiday season.
If you have a few more gifts to check off your list, consider using some of the photos you shot for your card as the backdrop for a personalized gift. Canvas prints are perfect for almost anyone and preserve that darling child’s smile for years to come. Photo mugs can feature one or more pictures and bring a warm smile to the recipient all year long. Make this year special and simplify your holiday shopping with a personalized gift.
