"Although the first metal print was slightly bent, they shipped a free replacement. Unfortunately, UPS really mangled the next one and it was creased down the middle of it and had a bent corner. Also, the hangers on the back of both of these were reversed. It was a flower photo where the flowers drooped and they assumed they were upturned, but still... Anyway, the third free printing of it arrived in perfect shape. I love how the colors pop on these so I am so happy with the end results. They stand by their products."
