Timing Exclusions - Projects submitted to a designer between 11:59pm PT on Friday and 11:59pm PT on Sunday will be returned by Monday at 11:30am PT. Please expect a 3-day delay for projects submitted on Jan 29, Feb 20, Feb 27, May 6, Jun 10, Jul 4, Jul 26, Sep 22, Oct 1, Nov 10, Dec 16. Service availability subject to capacity limits; an unexpected delay may result in the event of overwhelming demand.

Additional Details - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel design requests for any reason at our sole discretion, including, but not limited to: duplicative requests, too many low-resolution images, technical errors with the images, or inappropriate content. Service not offered on 6x6 Instant Books or Children’s Board Books. We reserve the right to modify or replace any part of these terms and conditions without notice, at our sole discretion.
