Starry Greeting New Year's Card
"The tradition is to wish everyone a Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays. I thought I would wish my family and friends a Happy New Year. We recently purchased a new home and what better way to announce our move was by sending a New Year Card.
Many of the recipients stated how they liked the card and it was a great idea. I told them about Shutterfly and how easy and inexpensive it was to make the cards. Many of my friends want to follow in the tradition of sending New Year's cards.
So get ready Shutterfly, there may be an increase in business for 2014!"

"Year of Happy" New Year's Card
"I only looked at New Year's cards because I had a coupon, I am so glad I did. With this card I was able to remember and share a special occaision that occurred each month of the year.
This is my first time sending New Year cards, but I am so pleased, I am already planning my "Year of happy" card for next year."

Best Card For Five Grandchildren and Grandparents
"The colors on this card are refreshing and vibrant, and I knew it would work well with color choices for clothing for the people we were featuring on the card.
This card was perfect for us with its five small openings and one large opening. We wanted to feature our five young granddaughters on the card with the large space reserved for a picture of us.
Each of our granddaughters' families knew ahead of time what card we would be using, and sent us the photos of their girls. But when it came time to actually put the card together it was disappointing to find out that at the bottom the words "The" and "Family" were pre-programmed into the card. These words couldn't be changed. Since the card was of our granddaughters, putting in a family name was not appropriate. So, we had to come up with something and be clever.
Thankfully it all worked out, but it would be better if we had had a choice of wording to finish off the card."

"The cards came quickly and look great. As a budding professional studio I do not like the Shutterfly logo on the back of the cards. It would be nice to be able to add a unique printmark."
Photo New Years Cards
Finding personal and touching ways to keep track of your friends and loved ones is still important, even with the spread of social media, because doing so gives people something they can hold on to, something to help remember where they are and where you are at a given moment. One great way to keep in touch with your friends and loved ones while commemorating a milestone for everyone is with annual photo New Year's cards.
Keep Relatives Up to Date
Sending out cards to commemorate the new year provides everyone with an updated image of your family and gives you a chance to send out a personal New Year's message letting everyone know how things are going. It also gives them a print to hold on to and display.
Pick a Style That Matches Your Personality
Photo cards are versatile, and depending on your style and personality, they are able to provide a lot of ways to mix in colors, patterns, and fonts that set a tone. The best part is, whether you’re sending out a picture of yourself, posing with your significant other as a couple, or getting a portrait of the whole family, you will have the choices you need to set the right mood and complement your picture’s colors and attitude perfectly.
Adding a Special Message
If you want to make sure that people know exactly what you’re up to and how everyone is doing, some options allow you to add a special message to the card. If this is important, then checking for the amount of space and pre-writing your message to match it to that length is going to be an important step.
No matter how you choose to customize your New Year's Cards, there are always options to fit your needs. That’s true even if you want to add more photos, because you can always change up from a single photo to a design that incorporates a photo collage.
