"My first shipment was lost in transition from UPS to USPS and I waited about 10 days to see if my shipment would show up at my doorstep. I finally called Shutterfly and told them about the situation and they were great! They re-printed my cards and shipped them out UPS with a 2 day delivery free of charge and no questions asked! What great customer service in making sure that the product was received. The cards look great on high quality card stock! Very happy with how everything turned out!
