2012 Holiday Cards
"Our family and friends loved our 2012 holiday cards! Normally we go to JCPenny to have our holiday pictures taken, but due to a timing and procrastination issue, we would not have recieved the cards back in time to mail them out before Christmas, so we pulled out the camera and the tripod and starting snapping pictures of the family. We uploaded the pictrues on Tuesday, ordered the cards on Wednesday and had cards in our hands by Friday. Now that we know how professional the cards came out, we will be ordering future holiday and special occasion cards from Shutterfly more often."

"I create art so instead of a photo of me, I send out a photo of an art piece on my Christmas Cards. This year I have used 3 different companies to create cards....shutterfly, my publisher, and thru my Mac photo program. Shutterfly was the best because of clarity and quality of digital photo, you can create on the front AND the back of the card, the fonts for changing type are expansive and the heavy weight card stock is a premium.
I also photographed and digitally enhanced photo's of my friends houses and created note cards with their homes on the front. Then will give them as Christmas gifts. Again the quality was superior and I am really pleased with the heavy weight card stock and lovely envelopes. I was also able to create return address labels with my design."

"I took advantage of the 10 free holiday card offer, and "only" had to pay the almost $7 shipping, which I felt was rather high. The card itself was a beautiful design. However I was a little disappointed with the quality of the print of the picture. The black jacket my husband was wearing appeared purple-ish, seeming to indicate to me that Shutterfly's printing color was running low. If I had paid $.80+ and per card and gotten all my Christmas cards here, I would have been very unhappy, as the picture I submitted was fine, and the original photo showed the jacket black. I will continue to order through Shutterfly, however, since they usually do quality work."

These cards were a success
"These cards were a hit with everyone this year. Loved all of the pictures I put on the card - both sides. Writing is small and needs to be enlarged. Love the bright colors. Very happy with this purchase"

Love the Card, Except the Signature
"The card is beautiful. The picture quality is perfect and the text is nice. However, the signature is tiny and didn't allow me to make it multilined which frustrated me a bit. Not a big deal but please consider a multiline signature for this in the future."
Red Foil Holiday Cards
Almost everybody enjoys the tradition of sending seasonal greetings. It’s fun to pick out just the right design, make a list and send out cards, and it’s certainly fun to receive and display them. Many people send Christmas or Hanukkah cards, but not everyone sends cards marking another important event—the start of a new year. Surprise everyone on your mailing list by sending out red foil holiday cards wishing them a wonderful New Year. Make it a tradition.
Celebrate the New Year in Style
While the holidays have different meanings for people, welcoming in a new year is generally a celebration. Along with sending red foil holiday cards with warm wishes for the coming year, plan a few other ways to ring it in with style. Whether you hit the town and paint it red or stay in with special plans, surround yourself with loved ones and make it your own unique celebration.
If you want to go out, consider booking an overnight hotel stay for you and your family. Whether it’s downtown or up the highway in the next town, you’ll all enjoy the mini-vacation, and the shared experience can bring you closer together.
If you prefer to stay at home, you can have a great time. Cook an elaborate meal for a few close friends, or if you’re not into cooking, plan a potluck and ask everyone to bring their specialty to share. You can host a tasting event for your favorite beverage or food—wine, beer, coffee, cheese or chocolate. Add a theme to make it more fun, such as “Winter Wonderland,” and ask guests to bring items from the North Pole.
Necessary Party Supplies
Red foil holiday cards are wonderful ways to send wishes for a happy New Year, but if you’re planning an event, you’ll also need memorable New Year's invitations that stand out. This way, you can be sure your celebration will be as memorable as you are.
