What customers have to say about our Christmas Cards

Love these snowflake Christmas cards!
"I always order our Christmas cards through Shutterfly but was so excited to see a Christmas card that doubles as an ornament. The cards are on very thick cardstock and are shaped like snowflakes. You can choose a picture and wording for both the front and the back. The cards come with a hole punched in the top of the card as well as gray ribbons to place through that hole for hanging the ornament/card. The size of the card is 6x6 I believe. If you get the square envelopes it will cost extra postage to mail them. Shutterfly gives you the option of a rectangle envelope which will cost just the regular price to mail so just be sure to click on that option when it comes to the envelope part of the editing. One thing I love about Shutterfly is that their color calibration on their photos cards and other items are always nice and consistent which I haven't found to be the case with other companies. Several times during the Christmas season Shutterfly offers 10 free cards when you only have to pay shipping. I designed my card ahead of time so that I am able to get free cards each time they are offered. All in all a great product!"

A Nice, Unconventional Holiday Card
"We chose this card due to the fact that it did not look like a traditional holiday card. Additionally, the year was quite eventful for us; and, as a result, we had several pictures we wanted to include to help recap the year. This particular card enabled us to include six photos on the front and one photo on the back. (I think you can use up to eight photos on the front though.)
Keep in mind that you may need to do a bit of cropping when placing photos on the front of the card. This is because the template for the holiday card won't accept photos done in landscape format (ie, rectangular photos) but it is easy to use the photo editing feature in Shutterfly to do the cropping. Also note that any text on your chosen photos probably won't be readable on the printed card. Thus, plan to put your captions elsewhere.
There's also room on the front of the card for a special message. My suggestion here is to go to a smaller sized font as the default size will not allow you to say much on this part of the card.
Another key feature of this card - which is an improvement from previous years - is that you are able to include one photo on the back. There's also a fairly large text box here as well and this is the area where we placed a more detailed message along with captions for photos shown on the front of the card.
Overall we were pleased with the entire "creative" process. Designing the card was simple; the Shutterfly service was fast; the price was right; the card stock was high quality; and we were all happy with the end result."

Design Your Own Unique Card
If you like to design your own cards, you open up all kinds of options. Maybe you’d like to update your card’s recipients on what’s been going on in your family or add a holiday saying and message. A simple design with some bullet points or a short paragraph update would fit well on our DIY Christmas cards.
Are you having a party? Use the same option to upload your design, but include the ticket edge to make it look like a ticket to an event. Use the front of the card for the basic details about your party and the back to include a message.
Add Some Humor
Does your family have any silly talents or jokes? Include them in your Christmas card. Everyone enjoys a good laugh, and what better time to give them than the holidays? Dress up in silly costumes, create a parody picture of your favorite TV show or movie or even write a silly limerick that pertains to the holiday.
No matter what you decide to do for your holiday card, Shutterfly offers a range of options for you to personalize your cards. From ticket Christmas cards to basic designs, you’ll have everything you need to spread holiday cheer.
