Christmas Memories
Disappointed that Shutterfly failed to deliver and provide a "rational" reason for why my order wasn't fulfilled. According to the website the order was completed on December 17th and would arrive on the 20th (I paid $20 for extra shipping). On the 23rd I called and was told there was a problem due to the storm (not sure which one) and a credit promptly issued. Appreciate the refund but disappointed that my family was unable to mail Christmas Cards this year especially since my family is all over the US. Never again will I trust Shutterly with my memories, using traditional brick and mortar printer from now on. Trust at your own risk!
