final proof limited; assistance needed and helpful
Overall, the card is a very pretty product, however, my copy on the front is smaller than expected and desired because the proof process does not show you actual size. I also had difficulty saving the lay-out. A very helpful staff member figured out it was both a browser and internal technical problem and worked with me to finish the job. I ordered these the week before Christmas, so it was a very high volume time, and received them in the minimum time promised.

I used a picture taken in Malta. I like the design. Odd though. It appears I received 19 cards and 21 envelopes.

photobooks review
I am an artist that likes to see balance, good composition, and quality photos in a project. I have tried and seen many other sites to make my photobooks and find that shutterfly is simply THE BEST! They offer great sales and the contact staff is very helpful offering you many options. I've designed and created numerous projects and I have always loved the end product from shutterfly. I've noticed that the photo quality is even better than other sites. It is easy to navigate for design purposes and there are more creation options than other sites as well. I always refer people to shutterfly! oh...and ps...Compliments that I have received on my photobooks include the word "masterpiece"!!!

Free Christmas Cards
I did not have a very good experience with the order i had but have to consider the cards were free. I waited until the night it expired and the website was extremely slow and had the start over at least 4 times. The website shut down 2 times during the process. The order should have only taken my 10 minutes and ended up taken 2 hours to complete. When I received the order in the mail I only received 1 card when I ordered 10 cards. Ironic that I got this review. I haven't contacted Shutterfly but feel the should expect the load to the server when they provide a free deal to a large number of people. Not sure if the error with the order was my fault or due to the performance of the website.

I was disappointed in the brightness of the photo which did not show up on my computer and I would have thought that one if your professional employees would have caught that brightness. Two people's faces can't even be made out.

Love our Shutterfly holidays!
Ever since our daughter was born, we have looked forward to putting together our annual calendar and Shutterfly Christmas card. Awesome new card design!
This card arrived exactly as I thought it would - perfect! The faded photo for the background is just right - i've already handed out a few and everyone says it's the best card they've recieved from us yet :) I also loved that I could customize the back - we often use a Christmas quote and it fits well on the back of the card. Thanks so much!
