Pretty card but....
The picture on the front of the card came out beautiful. However, the pictures on the back of the card did not come out as well...even though they were both professional pictures. Also, Shutterfly should create a standard size envelope to fit these cards. I had to put an extra $.20 stamp per card because of the smaller size.

5x5 Xmas Card- Wonderful time of the Year
Had soooo many compliments on our Christmas cards! Came out amazing! Can even customize the back of the card! So happy and will definately use Shutterfly again!

Christmas cards 2012
I am not happy with how small our names came out. When I ordered the cards the font was so much bigger..you can hardly make out my families names..Also, when I ordered the card my kids looked centered..on the actual card they are not centered!!!!I will be sure to tell all my friends who are thinking about using shutterfly that.

Nice layout- Fell short on the print quality
First I will focus on the positive... I love the ease of using Shutterfly! I have created several photo books and have loved every one of them- the quality is outstanding!
Now the negative... I was very disappointed at the quality of the printing when I received my Christmas cards! The photo card is extremely grainy- almost looks like the printer was low on ink when the card was printed.
I was under a time crunch and needed to get the cards out in time for Christmas- so I didn't complain to Shutterfly- as I didn't have the time to wait for a replacement. I wouldn't order cards of any sort from them in the future.
To end on a positive note- I will continue creating more photo books and I would recommend Shutterfly for photo books- but not for greeting cards.

Our cards came out beautifully! Script is clear and picture quality is perfect. Card stock is nice and heavy.
This is about our 5th year ordering cards from Shutterfly and we have never been disappointed.

Shutterfly made this process so easy, and the card is beautiful. I love the finish of the paper and the weight. It is very professional and just beautiful. We were very happy with how easy the process was, how gorgeous it turned out, and how quick we received them. I have used Shutterfly for years and it will continue to be my vendor of choice for all our cards, invitations, photos and projects. They are great to work with and have excellent customer service. I'm always impressed to see little "gifts" pop-up thanking me for their business and offering some extra discounts or free services for using them. What a great company and I love working with them. I highly recommend working with this company.

Quality Counts!
I am so pleased with the cards I ordered. My card had a large picture with three smaller ones on the bottom. The quality was excellent...clear photo and loved thickness of card...not too thick just right! First time for me but won't be the last...my friends were impressed also and loved getting this family Christmas card.

Awesome customer service
I recently ordered 40 Chistmas cards (using my amazing savings that I got in my email) and was disappointed to see 15 of the cards had a crease across the middle of the card. I called customer service to see how I would return them, and got an incredibly helpful lady who explained what I needed to to and before I could even get off the phone I had a email saying my order was being replaced at no cost to me. it was so nice to have a friendly helpful person who just fixed the problem without any hassle. Thank you Shutterfly we have our fantastic cards and are getting ready to send them out!!

Satisfaction Guaranteed
When we received our 200 cards, the coloring was a bit off, so I called Shutterfly to ask about issues with the matte finish. The very helpful rep told me that all of the cards use the same matte finish but that maybe there was a printing error. He offered me a complete replacement of my 200 cards (a different style could be chosen) at no cost to me. It was one of the easiest purchasing experiences, and certainly one of the best in customer service (which is unfortunately lost on many companies). I will continue to use Shutterfly and recommend them to everyone! Thank you!

Watch out for the size
I loved the design and layout of this card and was so excited to get it in the mail. However I was really disappointed when I received the cards and wished I could return them. The colors were off and I should have looked at the size because it is WAY too big. It is bigger than an average card. I am almost embarrassed to send them out. Learning lesson next time I will pay more attention to the size and maybe pre-order for a sample.

Great card!
This card is the first I have ordered from Shutterfly. The paper quality of the card is excellent! I am very impressed with the overall quality of the card. I will definitely order from Shutterfly next year.

Christmas Card
The color tones are not the same as the picture preview, they are darker and greyer and the picture quality looks more like a photocopy than a photo. This size is great but visual quality is disappointing. Shipping also took longer than expected, about 7 days.
