Modern Script Boy Birth Announcement
"First off, your website was easy to use. Uploading pictures to my gallery was easy. When it came time to pick what pictures I wanted to put on my birth announcement they were all there and easy to view/sort. I loved the big selection of birth announcements that you offer. The modern script boy birth announcement was simple and elegant. I loved that I could pick how many pictures I wanted to place on the announcement. I decided to place 7 pictures on the front, 6 were smaller but the center picture on the front was nice and big, it was the centerpiece of the entire announcement. I love the font selections as well as being able to write a little message about my sons birth. The pictures turned out great and the card stock was nice and sturdy. The only thing that I would say that I would of liked is a few more color choices for the border and body of the card. It did not seem like there was a big enough selection of colors. Other than that I was very happy with my purchase and so was my family. It shipped really fast to me and came packaged great so nothing got bent in the mail. I will be purchasing future items from shutterfly such as birthday announcements and photo books."

"I was searching around everywhere for the perfect birth announcement for my baby girl. Once I saw the truffle ruffle girl birth announcement, my shopping was over!! This card is soo pretty! The colors are very soft and not overwhelming. Your biggest decision will be picking out what picture you want on this card! I soo recommend this birth announcement."

"They were beautifully finished in matte. Good colors true to the photos we used. I wish the envelopes were a heavier weight. I wish the shipping was a bit faster without having to pay more since we wanted the announcements to go out as soon as possible after the baby's birth but didn't arrive until a week later."
Foil Stamped Birth Announcements
Have you always wanted to announce your baby’s birth in a creative way? Thankfully, there are some unique and fun things you can do to make your announcements extraordinary without spending a lot of money. Here are a few of our favorite ideas.
Pregnancy Photo Series
A pregnancy photo series announcement is easy to make as long as you prepare in advance. Choose a spot in your home or outdoors where you want to take your photo series, then begin with a picture of yourself holding a pregnancy test. Next, when you are 6-9 months along in your pregnancy, take another photo in the same position, in the same location.
Finally, conclude your photo series with a picture of yourself holding your new arrival. Arrange your photos in succession on a customized birth announcement. Foil birth announcements are a good choice because they help add visual interest and bling.
Sibling, Meet Sibling
One of the most precious photo op moments you will ever encounter is when your older children meet their new sibling for the first time. Capitalize on this once-in-a-lifetime occasion by taking plenty of pictures of this first meeting. Choose one of your favorite pictures and arrange it on foil birth announcements, or choose several pictures and create a photo collage card.
A very unique way to announce your baby’s birth is to send your closest friends and family a customized mug with photos of your new addition. Not only is this a fun way to announce a new birth, but it also makes a useful gift.
This adorable idea is perfect if you have a toddler at home. Purchase a cute wicker basket, line it with a soft blanket and place the new baby inside. Set the basket on your doorstep and have your toddler answer the door. Snap your photo the moment the toddler sees his or her sibling on the doorstep.
Taking unique photos for birth announcements doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated. These simple ideas are easy to recreate and will be adored by your friends and family.
