Lost my order, but kinda made up for it
My recent order for party invites was 'lost in the mail'. Shutterfly offered to resend them, which was great. But with only a week before the party, they are kinda useless.
But, after asking their Costa Rican Customer Service agent to transfers me back to the US, I was helped by a very friendly rep who did what he could to make me happy.
I got a full refund, the invites remade and overnighted to me. They are totally late, but people and companies make mistakes. Its how they fix it that shows who they really are.
