Affordable Wedding Enclosure Cards

Wedding enclosure cards share helpful details that do not belong on the main invitation. They can include reception information, RSVP instructions, directions, lodging suggestions, or your wedding website address, keeping your invitation focused on the celebration itself.

Include the information guests need to plan for your celebration, such as the reception location, dress code, parking instructions, and RSVP deadline. If you have several events planned, add a brief itinerary or direct guests to your wedding website for the full schedule.

Repeat a few key design elements from your invitations, such as the color palette, typography, or floral accents. Matching the formality of your wording also helps create a cohesive wedding stationery suite, whether your celebration is classic, modern, or casual.

An RSVP card is a type of wedding enclosure card specifically used to collect guest responses, often including attendance and meal selections. Other enclosure cards provide information rather than request a reply. For online responses, a details card can share your wedding website address and RSVP deadline instead.

Use a clear heading and brief, welcoming wording. For example: “Wedding Details: Please join us for dinner and dancing at [reception venue] following the ceremony. For directions, lodging suggestions, and to RSVP by [date], visit [wedding website].” Adjust the message to include only the details relevant to your guests.
