A memorable graduation announcement combines a favorite photo, a clear celebratory message, school colors, and personal details that reflect the graduate’s achievements and personality.

Q: What should be included on a graduation announcement?

Include the graduate’s name, school, degree or accomplishment, graduation year, and a meaningful message. You can also add a photo, honors, activities, or plans for the next chapter.

Q: How can I personalize graduation announcements?

Personalize announcements with photos, colors, fonts, layouts, inspirational quotes, and a message written in the graduate’s own voice. Adding a favorite memory can make the announcement even more meaningful.

Q: What photos work best for graduation announcements?

Portraits, cap-and-gown photos, campus pictures, and candid images are popular choices. Select a bright, clear photo that captures the graduate’s personality and sense of accomplishment.

Q: When should graduation announcements be sent?

Send announcements several weeks before the ceremony when possible, especially if family and friends may want to celebrate in person. For announcements shared after graduation, include the ceremony date and a note about the achievement.
