Custom Floral Place Cards

Custom floral place cards are personalized table cards featuring flower-inspired designs and guest names. They help guests find their assigned seats while adding a decorative touch to weddings, bridal showers, garden parties, and other celebrations.

Start with a floral design that complements your celebration, then add each guest’s name. Depending on the design, you may also be able to customize fonts, text colors, or additional wording to coordinate with your event’s style.

Choose floral artwork that echoes the flowers or colors in your centerpieces, linens, and table settings. Soft watercolor blooms suit a romantic look, while bold blossoms add a vibrant touch. Coordinating the typography with your menus and invitations can help tie the details together.

Floral place cards sit at individual table settings to show guests their assigned seats. Escort cards are usually displayed near the reception entrance and direct guests to their assigned tables. Either can feature floral designs that complement the celebration.

First and last names work well for formal celebrations and help distinguish guests with the same first name. First names alone can suit smaller, more casual gatherings. Use guests’ preferred names and keep the format consistent across all cards.
