Custom Napkins For Wedding Welcome Bags

Custom napkins add a personal touch to wedding welcome bags and give guests something useful to pair with the treats or drinks inside. A design featuring your names or wedding date can help tie the welcome experience to your celebration.

Keep the message short and celebratory, such as “Cheers to a Wonderful Weekend,” “So Glad You’re Here,” or “Let the Celebration Begin.” Add your names, initials, or wedding date for a personalized finishing touch.

Take inspiration from your wedding colors, invitation typography, or a motif used throughout your celebration. Repeating one or two design elements across the napkins, welcome note, and gift tags creates a cohesive look without making every piece identical.

Place the napkins together with the personalized design facing up so guests see it when they open the bag. A ribbon or decorative paper band can keep them neatly grouped, while placing them beside packaged treats makes the pairing feel intentional.

Draw inspiration from the setting, such as a coastal color palette, a mountain illustration, or a city-inspired motif. A short greeting like “Welcome to Charleston” or “Meet Us by the Sea” can connect the napkins to the destination and set the tone for the wedding weekend.
