Custom Wedding Invitation Suite Inserts

Custom wedding invitation suite inserts are additional cards included with your main invitation to share helpful details with guests. They can cover RSVP instructions, reception information, accommodations, transportation, or your wedding website while keeping the main invitation focused on the celebration.

Choose inserts based on what guests need to know. An RSVP card explains how to respond, a reception card shares details for a separate venue, and an accommodations card highlights lodging and travel information. You can also combine related information on one details card to keep your suite organized.

Use clear headings and brief wording so guests can find key information quickly. Include relevant venue names, addresses, event times, dress code, and transportation instructions. For example: “Reception to follow at [venue name]” or “For accommodations and weekend events, visit [wedding website].” Check that all details match your main invitation and wedding website.

Carry a consistent color palette, typography, and design theme across your invitation suite. Repeat a monogram, floral motif, or other visual detail to tie the pieces together. Keep the text easy to read and give each insert a clear purpose for a polished, cohesive presentation.

A wedding RSVP insert typically includes a reply deadline, a place for guest names, and options to accept or decline. Add meal selections if your reception requires them. If you are collecting responses online, include your wedding website address and brief instructions for submitting a reply.
