Engagement Invitations With Custom Text

Include the couple’s names, a line inviting guests to celebrate their engagement, the party date and time, the venue name and address, and RSVP details. You can also add the hosts’ names, a dress code, or a brief note about the celebration’s theme.

Keep the wording warm and relaxed. Try: “They’re engaged! Join us to celebrate [Name] and [Name] with good food, great company, and a toast to their next chapter.” Follow with the event details and RSVP instructions so guests know how to join the celebration.

For a formal gathering, use complete names and a gracious invitation line. For example: “[Host Names] request the pleasure of your company at an engagement celebration honoring [Name] and [Name].” Add the date, time, location, and RSVP details, along with attire guidance if needed.

Add a short phrase that reflects the couple’s story, such as a nod to the proposal, a shared interest, or a favorite saying. A line like “One unforgettable yes deserves a celebration” adds personality while leaving the event details easy to find. Choose wording that matches both the couple and the tone of the party.

Give guests a clear response deadline and a contact method, such as an email address, phone number, or event website. For example: “Please RSVP by [Date] to [Contact].” If you need meal preferences or other planning details, include a short request with the RSVP instructions.
