Engraved Lockets For Anniversaries

An engraved locket brings a personal message and a cherished photo together in one keepsake. A wedding date, initials, or a few heartfelt words can celebrate your shared history and make the gift feel uniquely yours.

Consider your wedding date, the initials of you and your partner, or a short phrase such as “Always Us” or “My Forever.” A meaningful place name or a word from your vows can also add a personal touch. Keep the wording concise and check the available engraving options before choosing your message.

Choose a photo with a clear focal point, such as a close-up from your wedding day or a favorite portrait of your partner. Simple backgrounds help keep attention on the people in the image. A picture from a meaningful trip or an early date can be just as touching as a formal portrait.

Connect the engraving to the milestone with a phrase like “Ten Years, One Love” or the date your story began. Pair it with a photo from that time to honor your history, or choose a recent portrait to celebrate the life you have built together.

Include a handwritten note explaining why you chose the photo and engraving. You could present the locket during an anniversary dinner, while revisiting a meaningful place, or after looking through a photo book together. The story behind the keepsake can make the moment especially personal.
