Folded Thanksgiving Invitation Cards

Folded Thanksgiving invitation cards open like a greeting card, creating separate spaces for a cover design and event details. The front can feature a festive message or photo, while the inside holds your invitation wording and a personal note.

Include the host’s name, gathering date, start time, location, and RSVP instructions. You can also mention whether guests should bring a dish, share dietary preferences, or arrive early for appetizers before Thanksgiving dinner.

Choose a favorite family portrait, a picture from a past Thanksgiving gathering, or a seasonal photo that complements your celebration. Pair the image with your family name, a welcoming message, and coordinated colors for a cohesive invitation.

Popular Thanksgiving invitation themes include autumn leaves, pumpkins, harvest motifs, and elegant typography. Warm shades such as rust, gold, burgundy, and cream can set a festive tone, while simple layouts suit a more understated celebration.

Match the wording to the tone of your gathering. For a traditional dinner, try “Please join us for Thanksgiving dinner as we gather with grateful hearts.” For Friendsgiving, try “Bring your favorite dish and join us for good food, great company, and a little gratitude.” Follow either greeting with the event details.
