Graduation Stationery Makers

A graduation stationery maker helps you design personalized pieces to celebrate a graduate, such as announcements, party invitations, and thank-you cards. Use photos, school colors, and meaningful wording to give your graduation stationery a coordinated look.

For graduation announcements, include the graduate’s name, school, graduation year, and degree or program when relevant. Party invitations should also include the celebration’s date, time, location, and RSVP details. A favorite photo or short personal message can make either design feel more memorable.

Choose clear, well-lit photos that capture the graduate’s personality and accomplishments. A formal graduation portrait creates a classic look, while a candid photo adds a more personal touch. Leave room around the subject so your text and design elements do not cover important details.

Repeat a few design details across your graduation stationery, such as a color palette, font style, or photo treatment. School colors can tie the celebration together, while a consistent graduation-year detail helps create a cohesive look. Keep the wording distinct so each piece clearly communicates its purpose.

A graduation announcement shares the news of an academic milestone without asking the recipient to attend an event. A graduation invitation asks guests to join a ceremony or celebration and includes the event details. If you are combining both purposes in one piece, make the invitation wording clear.
