Personalized Napkins For Wedding Photo Booths

Personalized napkins can carry your wedding colors, names, or a favorite phrase into the photo booth area. Place them near a nearby refreshment table to connect the booth with the rest of your reception decor.

Try your names and wedding date, a custom wedding hashtag, or a playful phrase such as “Sip, Smile, Repeat” or “Picture-Perfect Pair.” Keep the wording brief so it remains easy to read and lets the design stand out.

Choose a shared design element, such as a color, monogram, or floral motif, to tie the napkins to your backdrop. If the backdrop has a bold pattern, simpler napkin artwork can create balance. For a minimal backdrop, a decorative design can add a touch of personality.

Arrange them at a cocktail station, dessert table, or refreshment area beside the booth. Keep drinks and treats separate from photo props so guests can easily move between enjoying refreshments and posing for pictures.

Including your wedding hashtag in the napkin design gives guests another place to spot it during the reception. Use the same spelling on your photo booth sign and other wedding stationery, and consider a short prompt such as “Share the Love” to encourage guests to tag their pictures.
