Wedding Program Cards For Rustic Weddings

Include your names, wedding date, ceremony location, and order of events. You can also list your wedding party, identify readings or musical selections, and add a thank-you message for guests. For a personal touch, include a short note about your venue or a meaningful detail from your love story.

Rustic wedding program cards often feature botanical illustrations, woodgrain-inspired graphics, delicate borders, or watercolor landscapes. Warm neutrals, muted greens, and dusty blues can complement a barn, garden, or countryside celebration. Pair decorative headings with easy-to-read text to keep ceremony details clear.

Carry a few signature details across your wedding invitations, program cards, menus, and place cards. Repeating a color palette, font pairing, or floral motif creates a cohesive look without making every piece identical. Let your venue and wedding decor guide those choices.

Warm, heartfelt wording pairs well with a rustic wedding theme. Open with a line such as “Welcome to our wedding” or “Together with our favorite people,” then present the ceremony details in clear, simple language. Close with a personal thank-you that reflects your relationship and appreciation for your guests.

Add details that tell your story, such as a favorite quote, an illustration inspired by your venue, or a brief explanation of a ceremony tradition. You might also include a tribute to loved ones or a note about why you chose a particular reading. Choose a few meaningful touches so the program remains easy to follow.
