Leaky! This mug is not worth the money. While the picture quality is good the product is a mug and it does not do it's job. We only handwash ours just as instructed and it is still a leaky mess every single time we use it. We'll be recycling ours soon just so we don't get coffee all over ourselves anymore :( May 20, 2013

Terrible, don't waste your money I purchased this mug for my dad and had it replaced 4 times! He was so upset as he loved it!! Every time it either broke and/or leaked and ruined the pictures, the only positive is that shutterfly stands behind their products and replaced it for free every time, this fifth and final time they have replaced it with a stainless mug. It won't last Well, like many others, we ordered this and it broke and leaked a few weeks later. I actually returned the original for a new one, and the new one had the same problem. It's a pity because I'd love to buy my husband a personalized travel mug for father's day, but hopefully I can a better quality one elsewhere. May 16, 2013

Flawed Product Like all the other bad reviews say, both leaked after only 1 month of use and was always handwashed because we wanted to keep them nice to show off our new baby :( Can't say how disappointed I am. I was willing to pay way more than what I thought a travel mug should cost to be able to display our son, just for it to be ruined. April 27, 2013

Awful Cup, save your money I bought one of these for each family member. One cracked inside at the bottom so the first time coffee was poured in it turned the whole picture brown. Another has bubbles inside the clear cover on the photos and I'm guessing a crack inside that I can't see. They last up to a season if you are lucky. We don't have a dishwasher and the second one has only been used with water so it's not user error. Not worth the money. April 25, 2013

Terrible Save your money. I am on my second one, never dropped it, always hand washed and still condensation and leaking, I can't even keep it because now the photos look terrible. Not used more than 4 months, the first one lasted about 1 month. Not worth the $ February 19, 2013

Father's Day gift Great looking travel mug.... At first. Within a few months there was already condensation inside the mug which has ruined the pictures. We've always hand-washed the mug so as to try to prevent this problem but it obviously didn't help. Extremely disappointed!!! February 18, 2013

Not very pleased I got the travel mug for Christmas and it worked great till a month later. It had water in where the pictures are and the top leaked. I am always pretty happy with things I get from shutterfly but not with this. February 11, 2013

My Grandma called in tears I purchased this travel mug for my grandmother who was so proud to have another way to show her friends pictures of her grandson. She called me one day in tears because the pictures were totally ruined when she washed the travel mug. Worst experience and Shutterfly quality ever! Got her a stainless steel travel mug instead but she won't even use it because she is too scared it will mess up! She has it on display in her living room lol! Do not buy this mug you will regret it and need to buy a replacement!!! Very disappointed. February 7, 2013

not worth the price! I bought this mug as a Christmas gift for my husband, so it has been used for slightly over a month. When it arrived it was beautiful with bright, clear pictures. In one months time it has completely lost its value. The pictures of our children, featured on the mug, are spotted, discolored, and blurred. There is permanent condensation in between the mug pieces. And somehow, coffee has leaked in between the mug pieces which has made parts of the white background dingy. My husband couldn't wait to take his mug to work, and now he doesn't even use it because of how awful it looks! For the price of this mug, it should have held up longer. Extremely unhappy and disappointed with this product!!! February 2, 2013

Travel Mug 20oz I ordered a travel mug for my husband and spent hours picking out the pictures. When it arrived there were dirt specks between the glass and photos. On one of the photos of my daughter there is a large spot that looks like a beauty mark which she does not have. I was very disappointed in it. January 23, 2013

Great gift! I have made 3 of these mugs over the past two years and have been pleased with all 3. They were super quick to design, look great in person and we have not had any leakage issues. We are working on replacing all of our old cheap travel mugs with these and I see a few more in our future (when coupons are available!) January 14, 2013

20 oz travel mug I was disappointed in the products looks. It looks cheap. Now that my husband has been drinking coffee out of it, the pictures are all coffee stained and ruined. Poorest quality gift ever from shutterfly, and I've ordered many products I love. Very, very disappointed! January 11, 2013

Wish it lasted I bought two last Christmas, one for myself and a gift for a friend. They looked fabulous when I received them. Mine broke after a month when I dropped it (not a hard fall), the top portion broke off and rendered it useless. My friend's mug lasted about two months. For a travel mug, I don't understand why it shattered so easily. Very disappointed with this product and hope Shutterfly would improved on it (please). January 2, 2013

Trashed after first use. I created one for my fiance for christmas. He put his morning, (chilled,) coffee into it and after the first sip, we noticed that the coffee had already leaked into and ruined the photo. Never dropped, nothing. It came to us as a failed mug. Very unhappy, especially considering the rather steep price tag. You'd assume it would be a good quality mug. I am, however, very happy with the customer service. I called about the mug this morning and they placed and order for a new one for me with next day shipping. HOPEFULLY this one will not be such a monumental let down. Wish it lasted.... We ordered two of these for Christmas last year. One lasted about a month, the other maybe three before condensation began appearing. They looked great and we were very careful with them - handwashed, never dropped - and yet, they still didn't last. I'd love to find a photo travel mug with pictures that last as well as durability. Looks Great, Doesn't Last I ordered 3 of these mugs, and while they looked great when I received them, all 3 had cracked within 3 months. One was dropped and cracked on the inside, but the other 2 had hairline cracks that formed on the inside cup plastic (and I always hand-washed them). After that they were no longer useable because they leaked into the photo part of the cup. November 1, 2012

A disappointment Typically I love Shutterfly products but this one is not up to par. The pictures are fuzzier than on their other products even though I used high resolution images. Also the inside of the cup was wet when it arrived and had an awful chemical smell. It is still serviceable but I was disappointed with the quality. October 2, 2012
