Frequently Asked Questions
How do I apply a promo code to my order?
Enter your promo code in the Promo Code/Gift Cards section of your shopping cart or save it to your account before checkout. Once applied successfully, eligible discounts will automatically be reflected in your order summary.
Can I combine multiple promotions on the same order?
Some Shutterfly offers can be combined, while others are limited to one promotion per order. Review the terms and conditions for each offer to see whether it can be combined with other discounts.
Why isn't my promo code working?
A promo code may not work if it has expired, was entered incorrectly, or applies to a different product than the one in your cart. Check the offer details and terms to confirm eligibility requirements.
Do discounts apply automatically or do I need to enter a code?
Some promotions require a promo code, while others may be automatically applied. You can view and manage available offers in your account and select which eligible promotion you'd like applied to your order.
Do Shutterfly deals expire?
Yes. Promotional offers are available for a limited time and include expiration dates. Expired offers cannot be extended, so be sure to use them before they end.
Can I use a promo code after placing my order?
No. Promo codes must be applied before checkout and cannot be added to orders that have already been placed.
Do free shipping offers apply to every product?
No. Free shipping promotions may exclude select products, large wall art sizes, mailing services, gift cards, yearbooks, international shipments, and certain print products. Check the offer details for specific exclusions.
