Christmas Pregnancy Announcement Cards

Pair a festive greeting with a short baby announcement, such as “The best gift arrives in June” or “A little more merry is on the way!” Add your names and expected arrival month if you’d like to make the message more personal.

Consider a holiday portrait holding baby shoes, an ultrasound image beside Christmas decorations, or a family photo with a sign revealing the news. Older siblings or pets can join the picture with a message like “Big sibling duties begin next year.”

Draw inspiration from Christmas trees, ornaments, twinkling lights, or snowy scenes. A red-and-green palette feels classic, while blue-and-white tones create a wintry look. Keep the baby news easy to spot so it doesn’t get lost in the holiday greeting.

Your names and a clear announcement are enough to share the joy. You can also include the expected arrival month and year, a family nickname for the baby, or a short note about becoming first-time parents or welcoming another child. Share only the details you feel comfortable revealing.

Choose a time that fits your comfort level and how you want loved ones to hear the news. Some parents tell close family and friends personally before sharing a broader holiday announcement. If Christmas feels like the right moment, make the baby news part of your seasonal greeting.
