Pregnancy Announcement Cards With Due Date

Include your happy news, your name or family name, and your expected arrival date. A short message such as “Our family is growing!” paired with “Baby arriving June 2027” keeps the announcement clear and personal. You can also add a photo or a heartfelt note to loved ones.

Choose wording that matches your style, such as “Expected September 2027,” “Arriving this December,” or “Counting down to July 12, 2027.” Sharing the month and year gives loved ones a timeline without emphasizing an exact day, since your due date is an estimate.

Send pregnancy announcement cards whenever you feel ready to share the news. Some parents choose to wait until after the first trimester, while others tell close family and friends earlier. You can also time your announcement around a family gathering or a meaningful milestone.

An ultrasound image, a couple’s portrait, or a photo featuring tiny baby shoes can make your announcement feel personal. For a growing family, include siblings holding a sign with the expected arrival month. Choose a photo with a clear focal point so it complements your message and due date.

Let siblings or pets help introduce the news with wording such as “Big sibling duties begin August 2027” or “Our pack is growing—baby arriving May 2027.” Pair the message with a family photo, and keep the expected arrival date easy to spot.
