Graduation Program Cards

Graduation program cards are printed guides that help guests follow a graduation ceremony or celebration. They typically outline the order of events, identify speakers, and recognize the graduates. Personalized wording can also turn the program into a meaningful keepsake.

Include the school or organization name, graduation date, location, and order of events. You can also add graduate names, speaker names, award presentations, and a closing message. For a personal celebration, highlight the graduate’s achievements and outline planned activities or toasts.

List each part of the celebration in the order guests will experience it. A ceremony might begin with a processional and welcome, followed by speeches, graduate recognition, closing remarks, and a recessional. Use clear headings and include speaker names where helpful.

Make the program reflect the graduating class or individual graduate with school colors, a class year, a favorite quote, or a personal message. A photo or a short list of milestones can add a personal touch when your layout allows. Keep decorative details consistent so the event information remains easy to read.

Graduation announcements share the news of an academic milestone, while graduation invitations ask guests to attend a ceremony or party. Graduation program cards guide guests through the event itself. Coordinating their colors and wording can create a cohesive look across your graduation stationery.
