Personalized Christmas Cards For Employees

Start with each employee’s name and add a short note recognizing a contribution, milestone, or memorable moment from the year. Pair your message with a Christmas greeting and a closing that reflects your company’s personality.

Combine a seasonal wish with sincere appreciation. For example: “Merry Christmas, Jordan! Thank you for the creativity and dedication you brought to our team this year. Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a wonderful new year.” Add a specific detail to make the message more personal.

A team portrait, a candid moment from a company celebration, or a photo marking a shared achievement can make a meaningful choice. Select an image that feels relevant to the recipients and that everyone pictured is comfortable sharing.

Use clear, heartfelt language that sounds like your team rather than a formal company announcement. Focus on gratitude and good wishes, and avoid performance feedback or business goals. If recipients celebrate different traditions, tailor the greeting or use “Happy Holidays.”

A direct manager, company leader, or the leadership team can sign employee Christmas cards, depending on the relationship you want the message to reflect. A personal signature and a brief handwritten note can help a company-wide greeting feel more thoughtful.
