Personalized Wedding Announcement Cards With Couple Portraits

Q: What should I include on personalized wedding announcement cards with couple portraits?

Include your names, wedding date, and a favorite portrait of the two of you. You can also add the ceremony location and a short message sharing your joy. Keep the wording focused on announcing your marriage rather than inviting recipients to the ceremony.

Q: How do I choose a couple portrait for a wedding announcement?

Choose a clear, high-resolution photo that captures your connection, whether it is a candid moment or a posed wedding portrait. Look for flattering lighting and a background that does not compete with your faces. Consider how the photo’s orientation works with your preferred card layout.

Q: What wording works well for a wedding announcement with a couple portrait?

Match the wording to your personalities and the mood of your portrait. For a formal approach, try: “[Name] and [Name] are delighted to announce their marriage on [Date] in [Location].” For a casual announcement, try: “We said ‘I do!’ Married on [Date], and so excited to share our joy with you.”

Q: How can I coordinate my wedding announcement design with our couple portrait?

Use colors from your wedding flowers, attire, or photo setting as inspiration for the card’s palette. Pair a romantic portrait with elegant lettering, or give a playful candid photo a clean, modern layout. Keep decorative details subtle so your portrait and announcement remain the focus.

Q: Can couple portrait wedding announcements be used after an elopement or private ceremony?

Yes. A portrait wedding announcement is a thoughtful way to share news of an elopement or intimate ceremony with loved ones. Try wording such as, “Just married! We exchanged vows in a private ceremony on [Date].” Add a personal note to help recipients feel included in your happiness.

Share the news of your marriage with personalized wedding announcement cards featuring couple portraits. Browse portrait-focused designs and look for a layout that complements your favorite image of the two of you. For clear, personal announcement wording, include your names, wedding date, and a short message for family and friends.
