Portrait Rehearsal Dinner Invitations

Portrait rehearsal dinner invitations feature a vertical layout that introduces the gathering before your wedding day. This format can highlight the couple’s names, event details, and decorative accents in a top-to-bottom arrangement.

Include the couple’s names, the dinner date and time, the venue name and address, and RSVP instructions. Add attire guidance or parking details if needed. If the ceremony rehearsal and dinner take place at different locations, clearly distinguish the two events.

Match the wording to the mood of your celebration. For a relaxed gathering, try, “Join us for dinner as we get ready to say ‘I do.’” For a more formal event, use, “Please join us for a rehearsal dinner honoring [Couple’s Names].” Follow the opening with the event details and RSVP information.

They can coordinate without looking identical. Carry over a wedding color, lettering style, or motif for a cohesive feel, or give the rehearsal dinner its own look inspired by the venue or meal. Keep the wording consistent with how formal or casual the gathering will be.

Choose a photo with a clear focal point and room around the couple so a vertical crop feels balanced. An engagement portrait or a favorite candid moment can add a personal touch. Keep event details visually separate from busy areas of the image so guests can easily read them.
