Shower invitations I ordered shower invitations for my daughter. This was the first time I have ever done so and when I received them, they didn't have a phone or email address to RSVP to. I contacted Shutterfly and they refunded 100% of my order price. I redesigned, reordered and received the corrected invitations 3 days later. All I had to do was pay for S&H. Their customer service was outstanding and I am totally pleased with the cute, fun bridal invitations for my daughter's shower. Shutterfly's return policy states if for any reason you are not pleased, they will refund your order and they stand by it! I will definitely recommend them and use them again. April 23, 2013

Fairly Disappointed My best friend picked out this design for her shower invitation. We both thought it was precious, but when I received the cards, the text looked vaguely pixelated. It reminded me of pictures that I saved in a low-quality file type and reopened to find terribly grainy. Even the picture on the back, which was taken with a high quality camera, was slightly blurred. I have come to expect a lot better from Shutterfly because of my very satisfying past purchases. Perhaps 5x7 just isn't large enough for this card. I would have gone through the return and refund process if my invitations were not urgent. November 4, 2012
