Family Christmas Photo Card Templates

Start with a style that complements your family photos. A simple layout can keep the focus on a favorite portrait, while festive patterns or playful lettering can add personality to candid moments. Look for colors that work well with your photos and enough room for your Christmas greeting.

Choose clear, well-lit photos that capture your family’s personality. A group portrait, a candid laugh, or a moment from a favorite trip can all make a meaningful Christmas card. When choosing a photo, consider how the crop will fit the template and whether any text or decorative elements could cover faces.

Pair your photos with a greeting that sounds like your family. Try “Merry Christmas from our family to yours,” “Wishing you a season full of love and laughter,” or “Celebrating the joy of Christmas together.” Add your family name and, if you like, a short update or a favorite memory from the year.

A single-photo template is a great choice when you have one portrait you want to highlight. A multi-photo layout can help tell the story of your year with a mix of family moments, individual portraits, and celebrations. Choose images with similar lighting or colors for a cohesive look.

Choose photos that reflect your family’s traditions, such as decorating the tree, baking Christmas cookies, or spending time together. Include pets, add a heartfelt message, or share a memorable moment from the year. A template that complements your family’s style can bring those details together.
