Except for this last order I ordered invites and address labels. The invites came and the labels didn't. One of your customer servfice reps Danesha R. contacted me regarding this matter. She was very professional and helped me out a great deal. We figured out what happened there was a problem in production. She had credited my account and also given me a coupon for free next day shipping which was a nice gesture! I am ordering xmas cards in the next week! I love shutterfly! Folding left the back every-so-slightly shorter than the front -- I assume intentionally -- and successfully: the image is guaranteed to carry over the top, the card is easier to open. NICE attention to detail. Only thing I'd improve -- because I sell some of my work, I'd pay you extra to allow me to delete your logo off the back!"
