Frequently Asked Questions
What size should wedding table numbers be?
Shutterfly wedding table numbers are available in 3x5 and 5x7 sizes. A 5x7 table number offers greater visibility, while a 3x5 card has a smaller footprint that can work well with compact tablescapes. Both sizes are available with every design.
How many wedding table numbers do I need?
You typically need one table number for each numbered guest table at your reception. With Shutterfly, you can order from one to 99 table numbers, making it easy to create a set based on the number of tables in your seating plan.
Can I customize my wedding table numbers?
Yes. You can customize the wording, fonts, colors, trim, paper, and back of your wedding table numbers. Your design choices apply to the complete set, while the number changes from card to card.
What cardstock is available for wedding table numbers?
Choose between Signature Smooth and Pearl Shimmer cardstock. Signature Smooth is a 140 lb., 17.5 pt. cardstock with a matte finish, while Pearl Shimmer is a 110 lb., 14.3 pt. cardstock with a subtle shimmer finish. Both options are available with every design.
Can I customize the back of wedding table numbers?
Yes. Back-of-card customization is free. You can choose a solid color or decorative background, or select a photo and text layout to add more details to the back of your cards.
Do wedding table numbers need holders?
Shutterfly wedding table numbers are printed as individual cards and do not stand on their own. Display them in your choice of table number holders, stands, or frames so guests can easily see each number.
