To install |

| 1. |
Click the "Download for PC" button. |
| 2. |
Select the "Run" button in the first dialog box. |
| 3. |
Select "Continue" in the next dialog box. |
| 4. |
If you do not have Adobe AIR installed, you will be prompted to accept the license agreement for Adobe AIR. Click "I Agree" to continue. |
| 5. |
The Express Uploader will open on your desktop. Drag and drop pictures or a folder of pictures to the Express Uploader, sign in to your Shutterfly account, and start uploading. |

To install |

Click the "Download for Mac OS" button. |
| 2. |
Click the "Install Shutterfly Express Uploader" icon. Note: If you get a warning message, click "Open" to continue. |

Follow the install process in the "Application Install" window. Specify the install location and click "Continue." If you do not have Adobe AIR installed, you will be prompted to accept the license agreement for Adobe AIR. Click "I Agree" to continue. |

The Express Uploader will appear in your toolbar, and open on your desktop. Drag and drop pictures or a folder of pictures to the Express Uploader, sign in to your Shutterfly account, and start uploading. |
