5x7 Flat Birthday Photo Cards

Start with a favorite photo of the birthday honoree, then add a name and a personal message. For an invitation, include the party details; for a birthday greeting, share a heartfelt wish or a favorite memory. Coordinate the wording and photo with the celebration’s theme for a cohesive look.

Choose a clear, well-lit photo that captures the birthday honoree’s personality. A smiling portrait, a candid moment, or a snapshot from a memorable adventure can make the card feel personal. Look for a photo with an uncluttered background so the person remains the focal point.

Match your message to your relationship with the recipient. Keep it playful with an inside joke, make it heartfelt with a meaningful memory, or use a simple wish such as, “Here’s to another year of wonderful moments.” A personal sign-off adds a thoughtful finishing touch.

Yes, a flat birthday photo card can serve as a personalized party invitation. Pair a photo of the guest of honor with the celebration date, time, location, and RSVP details. Add any theme or dress-code information guests need, and keep the wording easy to scan.

Take inspiration from the birthday honoree’s interests, favorite colors, or plans for the celebration. Travel photos can inspire an adventure theme, while a childhood portrait can add a nostalgic touch to a milestone birthday. Use a consistent tone across the photo and message to bring the theme together.
