Tribute to Cath & Jim Phillips
Breeder-Caretakers ("BC") who have raised 27 puppies for CCI as of this graduation and already started raising #28. 11 have graduated and are all over the country. 2 were killed by a drunk driver. 2 dogs became breeders. The others are released.
